Sudbury Public Schools got incredible results from the connectedness survey they shared with all of their K-8 student body.
But rather than stopping there and celebrating the feelings of safety and inclusion, SPS used the opportunity to norm-build among students, showcasing the voices of four elementary school staff members to share important findings.
