The State of Connecticut enshrined restorative practices into their educational requirements. Many schools were already using this method for behavioral supports, but this animated video helps parents understand what's different while dispelling old notions of what discipline looks like in schools.

## SAFE, CONNECTED, AND INCLUDED

###### SUDBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Sudbury Public Schools got incredible results from the connectedness survey they shared with all of their K-8 student body.

But rather than stopping there and celebrating the feelings of safety and inclusion, SPS used the opportunity to norm-build among students, showcasing the voices of four elementary school staff members to share important findings.
