SAU 24 embarked on an ambitious project to demonstrate its high-leverage instructional practices. We spent two days in-district collecting powerful visual demonstrations of these practices, then worked with instructional coaches to distill the practices into short videos that they use for professional development, onboarding of new teachers, and even parent communications.
