Alex is a multi-faceted communications professional with a strong track record of compelling storytelling. Bringing a range of experience from the fields of journalism and higher education, as well as federal contracting stints with NASA and the U.S. Department of Energy, Alex excels in capturing an organization’s voice and establishing effective messaging.

At kartoonEDU, Alex collects the essential components of each video and crafts the scripts used to guide future editing. He also acts as a video editor on select projects, often working in tandem with Shannon and Aaron.

Additionally, Alex is a former journalism student of Dave’s. His interview with an “olive oil expert” for a class assignment is still something of an urban legend.
